To our brand new website!
Don’t panic, you’re still at The Outpost you have been redirected to our current home. We are temporarily using this web address and will be moving back to the regular address (with the new site) in a short time. We hope you like the design and functionality. Please have a quick read below if you have any questions as these are the most common questions relating to the new site.
Will I need a new account?
You will need to create a new account, this only takes a few minutes and we apologise for the inconvenience. If you are having trouble with this please send us through an Email address and preferred username, we can manually create an account and you will receive a confirmation email where you can set your password.
What about my existing orders?
They’re completely safe. Existing orders will be transferred accross in time, these are being processed manually for accuracy, if you need to check the status of an outstanding order please contact us and we will be happy to help. This may take some time so please don’t worry if you don’t see your order transfer. We will also be dispatching orders from the existing database so notifications may come from either system. If you would prefer to have your order moved to the new system quickly, please provide your account email address and we can prioritise it.
I have a voucher from the old site!
Vouchers can be transferred to your new account once the account has been created, please contact us with the voucher code and account email and we will send a notification to confirm you new code. These new vouchers require no code and will be automatically visible during checkout.
